It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.

“Going to GriefShare feels like having warm arms wrapped around you when you’re shivering.”

GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:

1. Video seminar with experts

2. Support group discussion with focus

3. Personal study with reflection

St. John’s is hosting a weekly virtual GriefShare series on Zoom. The evening series begins Friday November 13th at 10:30 am.

GriefShare is a 13 week video-based, Christ-centered non-denominational grief support group led by trained facilitators. Past participants have found healing through the video, discussion group, and workbook exercises based on bible passages.

Grieving adults of all denominations may join any time during the series, but must register first and obtain a workbook.
