What is the Disciple Maker Index (DMI)?
The DMI is a survey designed to:

Reflect on your personal discipleship journey.

Help parish leadership make data-driven decisions.

Support parishioners in growing their faith.
How to Participate:

Enter your email to request the survey link.

The survey link will be immediately sent to the email address provided. Paper surveys are available in the Parish Office for those without internet access.

The survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

You'll provide feedback on both your spiritual growth and our parish’s efforts, and all responses will remain confidential.

All parishioners over the age of 18 years old may complete the survey, even if you are in the same household.

All surveys are collected and processed by a neutral third party, the Catholic Leadership Institute.

​The Disciple Maker Index Report for our parish will be available for viewing some time in January 2025. Announcements will be made once it is available.
